Delivery and Returns

Order Dispatch and Delivery

We work hard to dispatch your order within 1 business day. However, please note that this is our best estimate given in good faith and cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery.

All next day deliveries are subject to meeting cut off time of 12.00 Monday – Friday to be eligible for same day dispatch, all other orders will be dispatched the next business day.

Should it be necessary, we reserve the right to deliver your order by separate shipments.

While every effort is made to get your goods to you as quickly as possible, from time-to-time things can happen that are out of our control.  If your delivery is delayed over 7 days please contact us on orders@billiondollarsmilecosmetics.co.uk and we will track your item and keep you informed.  We cannot be held responsible for any loss inquired if you do not contact us within the above time frame.

In the very unusual event that your item is delayed, we can only refund you after the following time periods set out by Royal Mail when your item is declared missing:

– 15 days.

If your item is undeliverable and sent back to us it may incur a postage and handling charge for redelivery (£7.99), which may be subject to change and fluctuation due to charges imposed upon us.

Please always inspect your order against the invoice and notify us of any damages within 24h of receiving the shipment.

We cannot be held liable for any missing items unless you provide a written notice to us within 7 days of receiving your order. In case of missing items our responsibility is limited to replacing the products within a reasonable time or issuing a refund for the missing items based on the invoice.

International delivery 

The customer is responsible for checking if purchased goods can be imported to the country of the destination. Please note that any taxes due will be incurred by the customer and not by Billion Dollar Smile Cosmetics Ltd.

Availability and Back Orders

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available and the products will be placed on back order. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you are delighted with your order. We regret that for health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on sealed items.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact Billion Dollar Smile Team by email orders@billiondollarsmile.com. We will give you personal attention to resolve any issues and will advise on arranging a return. Please note that returns will be accepted only with prior approval from Billion Dollar Smile Team. Should you return the product without seeking prior approval, we reserve the right to refuse refund and dispose of the products in whatever manner we deem appropriate.

No returns will be accepted later than 30 days of receipt of your order.

If you need to return a faulty item, please ensure you obtain Proof of Delivery and adequate insurance for the postage of any returns as they are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach the warehouse.

Billion Dollar Smile Cosmetics Ltd. will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. For faulty and incorrect items, the value of Royal Mail first Class delivery postage will be refunded.
